Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FORM2 mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By downloading, accessing or using FORM2, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use FORM2. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.

2. The Service

FORM2 builds race-training plans and supports their execution with training, nutrition, sleep, recovery, body composition and progress features. The Service includes an AI coach ("Luma"), structured programs, public race-result lookup, adaptive insights, and integrations with Apple Health or Health Connect. Features may change, improve or be discontinued over time.

3. Your account and data

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter; the quality of insights and coaching depends on it.
• Public race results can be incomplete, delayed or attributed to a different athlete with a similar name. You must review and confirm the matching event and result before importing it.
• Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

4. AI features

FORM2 includes AI-generated content produced by third-party large language models. You understand and agree that:

• AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your situation, and is provided for informational purposes only.
• AI suggestions are advisory. Changes to your program, nutrition or sleep plan proposed by the AI are only applied after you explicitly confirm them.
• You are solely responsible for any decision you make based on AI output, and you should apply your own judgment and seek professional advice where appropriate.

5. Health, fitness and medical disclaimer

FORM2 does not provide medical advice. Content in the app, including readiness scores, training load, recovery signals, nutrition targets, body-age estimates, bloodwork interpretation and coaching, is for general informational and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional or training advice, diagnosis or treatment.

• Consult a physician before beginning any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, are injured, or take medication.
• Stop exercising and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or other warning signs.
• Estimates derived from sensors, uploaded documents, or algorithms (including body-age and bloodwork analysis) are approximations and must not be relied on for medical decisions.
• You assume all risks associated with physical activity undertaken in connection with the Service.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where permitted by law.
• Interfere with, disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Abuse, automate, or circumvent usage limits, including AI request limits.
• Upload content you do not have the right to share, or that is unlawful or infringing.

7. Subscriptions and purchases

FORM2 may offer free and paid tiers, including features subject to usage limits. Any paid subscriptions are billed through your App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) account in accordance with that platform's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel them in your App Store or Play Store account settings. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; refund requests are handled by Apple or Google respectively.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics and branding, is owned by FORM2 and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial use. You retain ownership of the data and content you create; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service and provide its features to you.

9. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties including Apple HealthKit, Google Health Connect, Google Firebase, Anthropic, and independent public nutrition, race-data and search providers. Race-result lookup currently uses the independent Pyrox public catalog. Your use of those integrations may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or for the completeness or continued availability of public race data.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any result, score, estimate or recommendation is accurate or reliable.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FORM2 and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, including any injury or health outcome connected with activities undertaken in reliance on the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 50.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FORM2 and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability and intellectual property) will survive.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the operator of FORM2 is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
